I struggle to manage my home and somebody has suggested a move to supported accommodation. What is available?

Supported housing may be an option if you need some care but also want some independence. It supports an individual or group to allow them to live independently. They are encouraged to develop life skills to help them manage their tenancy.

Forfutures has its own supported accommodation and suitability can be discussed during the telephone assessment with the Referral and Assessment team.
