What we do
We’ll work with customers to prevent them finding themselves homeless. We’ll give advice, information and signpost to the support available from appropriate partners and agencies. This will cover a range of subjects including benefits, housing issues, anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, offending, substance and alcohol misuse, mental health issues and learning disabilities as well as opportunities for learning and personal development.
We’ll promote learning and wellbeing to help people improve their lives and keep a home in the future.
Together we achieve more
We work in partnership with the Council, supporting them to deliver their extended duties under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017. We also work in close partnership with the Police, community safety, voluntary and faith groups, and local organisations.
